Mention the fact that you are a member of BTF & ask very straight out what is the best price he can do for you.If you feel you are not happy with his final price then head back to MBR - personally I think it's in a better location & is better than Bali Garden anyway but some people prefer Tuban to Legian so it's a very personal thing.
