They said that as they are a booking agent (not the hotel) they have to pay the money to the hotel upfront. They also say that they will give me the hotel voucher at the airport. I've tried to email the hotel to check the company booked in, but no response yet from the hotel.. a bit worried, but their website etc looks pretty legitimate.
