It wasn't until around 7.30 this morning that I got on to Lily in Delhi or wherever she was who said absolutely no booking through them. Anyway, the lady has been looked after well I think and will be back at BMA in a couple of days for the remainder of her holiday.
I'm sure she'll take it up with RTG on her return
