You will need to write a letter of invitation, as mentioned here.
Regarding bank account statements, you will need to show copies of the last 3 months of your bank account statements.
Provide copies of your passport...If you have a partner in Australia then show yours and your partners passports and both of your bank account statements...You will need proof of Australian citizenship if not born in Australia.
If you do a search on this forum 'Mic' in the past has outlined everything required to sponsor an indonesian citizen.
I have done this on a couple of occassions, and provided that you submit all the requirements it is quite an easy processs.
Don't forget that you will have to pay a fiscal tax for your sponsor guest to leave indonesia...It's about 1.000.000.00 (1 million rupiah).
And with air tickets it is cheaper and easier if you have your sponsor book the tickets at Bali..or get them to get a quote for tickets first and compare the prices...As it's always been cheaper in our case when our guest stayed with us in Australia.
