Have I left enough time between flights

I have booked some flights to Bali flying via Singapore (much cheaper option) but now I am concerned as to whether we will have enough time between flights or if I should look at changing one of them.

We arrive in Singapore from Perth at 5.50am at Changi Airport (terminal 1). Our flight to Bali leaves singapore (flying Garuda) at 7.25am.

I have checked the flights and from what I can gather the Garuda flight leaves from Changi Airport, but I'm not sure which terminal.

We have also decided to only take hand luggage so we won't need to wait to pick up checked bags.

If all flights are on time, do you think 1 hour and 35 minutes is giving us enough time to clear immigration/customs in Singapore (which I assume we must do) and then have time to check into our Garuda flight to Bali?

I do not want to be stuck in singapore for a day when I could be in Bali!
