You can take your phone and put in a Bali sim card and it is really cheap BUT your phone has to be unlocked from your server which costs $$ or you can get on the net and try and unlock yourself for free.Alternately you can buy a cheap mobile in Bali for around $40 and use that. I'm trying to get my hands on two unlocked phones to take with me if anyone wants to sell me one! I hopr this answers your Q's.
