You really have to be there when construction is taking place.
Sometimes it may take a couple of experiences in learning who's actually got the right quality's and experience as building tradesmen and who cuts corners and does a rough job. Of course it's not Australia it is Bali, and sometimes of course paying a little more than your cheapest quotes pay off with the end results. It's really handy to have a friend or family member who is experienced in the buiding trade who can keep an eye on things to ensure all is going well.
I hope your friend finally gets the end results she/he wants and can sit back and enjoy it!!
