It just wont be towards clientelle who like lazing by the pool everyday. Some regulars are surfers with their families and the complex pool doesn't worry them because they always have close access to the beach. The drivers and caretakers will still have jobs, the villa's are still able to be used it's just the pool at the moment which can't be used, and it's not forever..just have to wait for a brand new pool.
Some people who stay at hotels and villa's hardly use the pools at all! especially if they are out shopping, restaurants or touring around all the time. Everyone has different ideas and expectations of a holiday, so there are going to be some other clientelle who are happy to stay there while there is no pool.
