I had an email 1st thing this morning too, it was just as much as a shock to the owners as us. We were really looking forward to it as balikutagardenvilla had just done some reno's new curtains, a new aircon in 1 bedroom. My worry is the locals the villas in the complex help support. Housekeepers, drivers etc. We are leaving in 29 days, not much time to find alternative.
try balidiscovery, have used them before & they were quite professional if you email them they will get back to you on the same day.
