I have to agree - the airport service is woeful. We were about 10th in line and it took about 20 minutes - ridiculas - just so slow and no matter how long the line they go no faster. Okay for us but i felt sorry for the people at the back.
My aunt and uncle stood in line for almost 2 hours when they arrived at 9.30pm - not a good start to a holiday - if they worked fast and it took 2 hours you wouldnt mind but they are so slow it is extremely frustrating.
I always go on the saturday morning Perth flight as i know no other planes arrive at the same time to avoid the frustration.
