Thanks for your JBR. I know exactly what you mean about the escalators. I even have problems going up them let alone down. Like you I get to the start of the escalator and panic sets in. I have used the lift in Discovery, not knowing that it was a goods lift. I ended up in the middle of the office. Next visit I got up the escalator ok but then couldn't get down. Like your friend I had to find someone, convince them I needed the lift and was then shown through the office to the lift. On another trip where our driver parked on the top floor my friends had to get the staff to actually stop the escalator so I could go down. Now I only go to stores that have stairs. Cheers, Stormy
