That's about the cheapest Ive seen in a while, cold water, no breakfast, bring your own toilet paper and towel but really hard to book in places like this, they are usually homestays or small hotels and right now they'd be full and they don't trust bookings to show up and they don't have email (or don't check it) You could book a place for a bit more for your first night and then go for a walk down Poppies 2 and Benasari to find cheaper. Senin Hill turn down small gang at the laundry on JL Lebek Bene coming from Melatsi was 60,000 last time I found a cheap place for a friend but had to walk in and book - maybe try googling it. Really cheap restaurant there as well. I doubt you'd find something for 30,000 anymore but you could try the morning after you arrive, just pound the pavement.
