Cheap..really cheap accom help?

I have previously stayed at the rooms in kuta, cold water and fan for 30,000 night. Does anyone have any phone numbers or email address for this type of accommodation in Kuta? I want to book before i arrive as i get in at night and dont want to drag my suitcases around kuta looking for accommodation i would like to book first thanks
