visiting soon and needles??

We are a family of 5 eagerly awaiting going to Bali on 12th October and have been reading the forum and wondering if we should get Heb A and Thyphiod as advised by my Doctor at a cost of $100.00 each. Is this necessary and is this the usual approx cost?

Also how much do you think a family will spend roughly a day (we are going to do the elephant rides and monkey visit. Also is there a dolphin visit? or anything else you recommend for kids 7 to 13?
