I was also distracted by my kids at an ATM near the old Dunkin Donuts and left my card in it. Sadly when I realised and returned it was long gone along with about $2 500 of my hard earned cash! At least the Bank covered it and I was fully reimbursed but it happens so easily. Since then I am always very cautious to retrieve my card. Most ATMs now have reminders. Obviously it happened quite often.
