have been staying at the GVC since about 1991 and just love the staff. We have never had anything stolen from our room but it is a common occurrence of people booking and when they arrive there isn't a room and they get shunted off to another hotel. We have booked into the MBR in August because of this reason as there are 10 of us going and even though it hasn't ever happened to us we know plenty of people who have had it happen.
