Stayed there a few years ago, myself and another couple were picked up from the airport in the GVC van, on arrival they told us they had no record of our booking (even though it was their driver/van that picked us up) we were put into another hotel (1 star or less)for the night and they had our rooms available next day. I've never been back and never will go back. It turns out that this sort of thing was a regular occurence.
