An interesting thing about topless tourists is that I was at a conference at Jayakarta recently where a number of the participants were late back from lunch and it turned out to be because they were on the lookout for topless tourists...
I have seen photos on Indonesian phones (females and males take snaps) of topless tourists...the good, the bad and the ugly...the current popular snap is the chunky Russian!
Indonesians though culturally do not "see" topless Indonesian women who are common in almost every village in the land.
