hi there,
i know a top jeweller in denpasar who does all sorts of alterations and new creations for people, so i imagine he'd be able to do it. my cousin and his family are friends with him and have been doing a lot of business with him for years. it's a small shop, but is the 'normal' colour gold (9 or 18 carat), not the extra bright stuff (22 carat, soft metal) down jl Hasanudin.
