Try the Duta Hotel group. This includes 3 properties in the same area. Just do a search under Duta garden Hotel. I used the Duta Guest House fairly basic but fine, also has a pool which is a bonus as it can get a little hot in Yogya.Very close to Via-Via restaurant which is well known. They also offer some interesting alternative tours and courses from there. happy to follow up questions.
