Haven't been back to Bali for 12 months now and just wondering if the cost of fuel in Indonesia has risen exponentially like it has in Australia. I use the same driver each year and he really doesn't give me a set price I just give him what i think is fair for designated trip, but if his cost of living has gone up then I should perhaps reconsider what I think is a fair price.
