From my understanding you will pay a departure tax each time you leave KL including to Bali & again to Aus. The tax is 40MYR (Approx $12Aus). You will also pay a departure tax out of Bali of 150,000 RPH (Approx $17Aus) and don't forget VOA into Bali of $25US (Approx $26 Aus). None of these taxes are included in you ticket price with Air Asia so you will pay them on arrival and departure as required...whew!! I'm all taxed out (HaHa) I think this is all OK info but I could be wrong.. have been before sorry to say. I think we're all on a bit of a learning curve when it comes to AA but who cares when they offer such great fares! Have fun.
