It says in the break down of cost for GC to KL:
Surcharge, fees and taxes = Xamount
On my Bali to KL:
Administration fee: rp140,000
Fuel Surcharge: rp450,000
I didn't print out the 'fine print' but i am positive it says you are responsible for any other airport taxes.
Departure Tax has always been a separate payment that you pay in person when you depart the country.
