Amed is a pleasant two hour drive from Lovina and, given that there is not much to do in Lovina, I would move on and stay at Amed. Tulamben, where the Liberty wreck is, is pretty dull otherwise and Candidasa is too far from Tulamben. Plenty of dive companies operate from Amed (I have used Eco-Dive on two occasions to dive at Tulamben and they are great - pick you up at your hotel, fit you out with equipment, then drive you to Tulamben with dive-master)and there are some very pleasant mid-range hotels / cottages. I have stayed at Hidden Paradise, Blue Moon Villas and Santai and would recommend any of them. Have a great honeymoon.
