Stayed there 2 years ago. The hotel is very nice, close to the golfing course, not on the beach, but they have shuttle for you to the beach if you want to. It was easy to get to laundry, you go out from hotel, turn left, about 80 meters, you will be at the intersection, then turn right. You will find laundry, shops, restaurants, etc. You could book tours, other activities from hotel, but they are expensive. If you want better deals, you go to kuta to see the tourists infoemation booth, they have everything for you. If you want advanced info about anything, you can write to pidongs@hotmail.com He has tourists info in kuta, but he will be happy to help you for your holiday program in bali. Hope this may help you.
