i guess you had a lucky visit. I've been there before, same with my parents, and my cousin and numerous numbers of his friends and family members, and it has been fine. It was just dissapointing that they really could not help us out, unless we agreed to pay a great deal more. I just found it surprising that they let us leave so easily, that's all. Other trips there were no problem.
but Bumas was great! great price, great rooms, great staff and only just down the road from bumi ayu!
