I had a "henna" tattoo and had a reaction 2 weeks after I got home. My whole ankle swelled up and it was quite painful. I had to have antibiotics and cream to the area. Even today a year later, you can still see the tattoo outline when I exercise, or after a hot bath. It's not worth the risk. To think of the price the tattoo cost, then the cost of doctor appointments and treatment!
