Garuda has changed its ticketing time limits and now requires that tickets are issued further ahead. This is to prevent agents from holding "dummy bookings" and then by the time they are cancelled many genuine travellers have been prevented from purchasing tickets for travel on their preferred dates.
But definitely, if they are using the "Garuda changing to E-Ticketing" ploy then they are unquestionably "having a lend of you"!
