my son and his mates all had etickets in Feb this year, I am expecting an eticket for our Nov trip and our agent wasn't aware of the new surcharge, we will now be paying by the end of the month, the second hike in costs since we paid deposits in Feb, Crickey! Hope I get a pay rise twice a year!
