The beach in front of Kuta is the same as Legian or Seminyak, just one big long stretch, and I dont know how long it is, but miles and miles. The only time you will have this stretch of beach quiet is extremely early in the morning. However, I think that some areas around the Seminyak end are just a little quieter. Also, thru all of this area you will never have a very long walk to shops or restaurants. You may find Jimbaren or even Sanur for that matter a bit quieter, but for unpopulated beaches, I think you are going to have to get in the car and drive well out of the tourist areas.
