We stayed at the Griya in March/April and once we got over the initial kafuffle and got a suitable room.... we loved it.
Re: Dolphin Leather. I got my very ratty tatty handbag copied and whilst I agreed to pay too much I was more than happy with it. I paid half as much as what I paid for it brand new YEARS ago. Next time I'll take my old fave sandals for them to copy.
