The cost is around 350,000IDR one way...OK, some will say they get cheaper and some more but depends on demand, agent etc. For this cost you should be able to book at an agent in Bali when you get there and have the ticket delivered to your hotel. Definitely better than the boat. There is no point in trying to book before you get to Bali.
