ticket prices can vary depending on when you purchase them. a few weeks ago i purchased trigana from bali to lombok. 321,000. then merpati from lombok to bali. 319,000.
purchased from the counter at the airport.
merpati cancel flights on a regular basis, but on my trip their plane was better than trigana. it can change on a daily basis though.
