Thanks for the info. The apartment that we are looking at is owned by Mike from Melbourne, I think he said he's had it for about 4 years or so.I've spoken to him on the phone, and he's described it all to me, and it sounds good. The photos of the apartment look good, so lets just hope what we see is what we get!
