we (a family of 5) stayed in one of the apartments around 10 years ago. They did need some TLC then.
I believe they may have been renovated a little since but we found the room comfortable and clean with plenty of room for us all.
The rooms are a fair way from the pools etc. but they are close to the front of the jayakarta entrance. The hotel itself is very big but in a good spot if you like Legian.
