We stayed at GV last year and Melasti this year in a Cottage Suite ... extremely big room - there were 4 of us - 2A 2C and we paid only $300 more than we did last year. So in my opinion very much worth the extra money and will stay there again. Found GV very tired, towels seemed grey and smelly, rooms tired and need of overhaul, so my vote goes to the Melasti.
