we stayed in the Narmada and my kids 9 and 11 had their own little timber beds with mosquito nets and there was still heaps of room.
The rooms near the pool looked to have a nice view, but were fully booked.
We also stayed at Alam Jiwa in the Merpati Room, it's views are so Bali, so lush, just as beautiful as Shanti, we couldn't stay at Alam Indah last year as it was fully booked, but we walked past and the position seems much more jungle like, although I don't expect the rooms to be as nice, we wanted to have two rooms but still be together, as we will be there for 7 nights, so some alone time will be nice, and we couldn't do this at Shanti or Jiwa.

I can't imagine not liking any of the rooms at these hotels as staying there is having a Bali experience not just sleeping in some hotel. I read someones travel blog and she had travelled to numerous countries and stayed in many hotels to get to Bali from America, Alam Indah being one of her last hotels, her first statement was that the beauty of the hotel took her breath away, doesn't get much better than that!
