Have just been told by travel agent that our package for September now has to have airfare content paid for by end of May. Was not due in full until end July but she says Supplier has demanded payment by
31/5 because there is a change in paper tickets on 1/6?? Anyone else having this experience or heard of it? I find it difficult to understand as we have entered into an agreement as far as I am concerned and set a date for payment. Any new bookings after 1/6 fair enough but what has it all got to do with us and what is this change in ticketing? Flying Garuda by the way and booking is with a big TA. Would appreciate any feedback. Maria
