I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. If I were to ask for another bintang I would use
"minta satu lagi bintang" (the same as when you are using minta to ask for the bill)
silahkan I always use as a way to say "please, go ahead" like
"silahkan makan" or "silahkan duduk" (please eat, or please sit)
I've always thought tolong, minta and silahkan were a confusing trio!
