I have yet to experience the Art Festival for myself so am unable to answer your first two questions. I'm interested in the cultural side of Bali along with my boys who study Bahasa Indonesia and the Indonesian culture at school and have the festival details diarised for our June trip. Have you tried searching the net for any info on cak creation or the Joged dance, yet? I'll see what I can come up with later on (don't forget to post, if you beat me to it). Last but not least, no, I'm not Ricky from Ricky's bar... :)
