My daughter and her friend went parasailing in Tanjung Benoa last month. Beach take off and landing, I think around 100,000R each.
Heard reports once we were home, about a couple of women killed that week, in Tanjung Benoa, one parasailing and I think the other on the flying fish. Check for yourself before trying.
