where do you get off by stepping on people who are reporting on how THEIR experience was, and stating what their views are of the Sofitel.
From what I've read about the comments on the sofitel it hasn't been anything to do with the location, it has been honest reports and opinions.
I believe that the Sofitel is 5 star rated? And some 5 star's don't weigh up to what other 5 star hotels are. People have different views, and not all people are meant to agree with your point of view. Some people have higher expectations when staying in 5 star properties, and therefore may compare to previous 5 star properties which they have stayed at. What you may think is superb, another may think is not!
