I'm in and out of the hotel at least once a fortnight (and by the way I'm not insulting you...please don't do so to me,I have no deals with any hotels thank you) and I'm also trying to give a fair and honest view. You seem obsessed with the toilets...honestly I don't hang around looking. The hot water is provided by water heaters...it cannot just run out. Look stick with Santika it sounds like your kind of place...but don't try and colour the hotel for other people. Its your opinion as it is mine, and as I said, I have a wide range of experience of accomodations in Bali...Sofitel is lovely and I reitterate...far superior to Santika. By the way Stan...the "quiet" pool is about two minutes from 326.
