We also got dates mixed up was supposed to fly home on Sat am with Qantas. Sunday when we realised we missed our flight found out the Qantas Office in Sanur was closed on the weekend tried ringing Qantas in Australia but had no luck getting through so next option go to Garuda Office at Airport and try and get on with them for that night after $600 later we had our tickets home it was a costly mistake no refund.
