no problem, there are constant bemos running in both directions , they will beep you from hehind and stop anywhere . I am not sure of the fare now, was 2000rp a while ago . You could stroll along the beach path if you're fit and keen and don't mind the sun - but so many potential stop offs along the way , you may never get there ! Or walk the main street , which is a bit of a hike in the sun . The main roads are safe at night as there are lots of ppl around dining , shopping etc, but personally I wouldn't get into the side streets on my own
