If you're after budget, then the Beach Villas would be great. Run by a Forumite named Bloodyron, who's email address is bloodyron@hotmail.com. He'll keep you entertained. Hope you've got good walking legs though, 'cos it's a fair way down south.
You can navigate all of Sanur on Wikimapia by clicking and dragging. If you go closer to the centre of Sanur, you'll still find plenty of budget accommodation, with everything being more accessible.
