With my Australian SIM card I program all numbers +61 then the remainder of the telephone number - drop the zero in the area code and for mobile numbers)so that when I travel overseas the number automatically dials and I don't have to know the country's exit code number. Can anyone help with the Indonesian code for when you program numbers into your phone?
