We have always got on really well with Rudy and his wife Lyn. They have always been pleasant to us and never ignored us. The idea of everyone emailing sounds good but I would be a bit worried about the staff as then Rudy would know that they have been talking about the conditions and it might make things worse for those remaining?? We were told about it when we were there in Jan/Feb this year and we were told to keep it quiet "in case Mr Rudy hears". I really hope that things don't go bad for the rest of the staff that are still there.
