its sad when this happens,if everyone feels that the staff is being not treated fairly start sending emails to hotel managment and owner.telling them that this isnt right and that there plenty of cheap accomadation in bali,tell them you all only stay there because of their lovely staff.the more emails they get the more they may think that they have done wrong thing it may not help but at least you have got it off chest straight to the owners.if they dont listen to the masses then they may not be interested in the popularity of the resort .this is only my opinion
