on one of our tours, opposite a temple there was about a dozen men squatting on the ground with their prize possesions in hand,when we asked the tour guide if they were getting ready for a cockfight we were told that they were massaging their boys as it makes them more aggressive! I suspected that they were waiting for us to leave so they could get on with what they were gathered there for!! I took some photos and they were more than happy to show off their good looking cocks(roosters!)
